Casita is a small restaurant on Avenida del Libertador 13017, Martinez, in the district of San Isidro, one block from Paraná (split between Vicente López and San Isidro) and against Bowling Snack.
This restaurant is a classic northern Chinese food and the best native and true I've had so far, both on site and in its delivery, and recently went to my grandmother's birthday (he loves Chinese food .) This in a very busy place by vehicles due to the two restaurants next to him and the Bowling front next to the supermarket Carrefour, so I can park on the sidewalk Libertador in the supermarket or on the street just before Pasteur Avenue.
This last time there were many at the table and the first impression upon entering never changes: yellow wallpaper, Chinese lamps and lighting balloon type fluorescent yellow, actually we Casita China. That will not discourage the atmosphere, seriously, leave that aside, are in a place where the food is authentic, fresh and perfectly done. If by any chance looking for fusion cuisine I recommend you turn around and leave. At this point should be thinking about something kind inn ... well, more or less what it is. The menu is rather long and complex, gives many varieties and combinations. The only bad thing was the classic mistake of Casita China with Chow Mien, and noodles using Don Vicente is a shame, but the truth is balanced with the rest. Mixed rice is richer than I ate in my life, dry, medium hard, with strips of chicken in the ideal size, finely chopped vegetables and a scent that is not confused with walks in the world. I forgot to mention about the spring rolls (or misnamed Spring Rolls) are quite large, are a generous amount of minced meat and onions, really excellent. The food is not reached and asked for a Chicken Nest, which consists of chips joined to form a pan of chicken stuffed with almonds and vegetables. Several relatives of mine are fascinated, although I prefer very tasty dishes. Other times I've been also asked the incredible fried pork with spicy sauce, is for me one of the best dishes of the restaurant. The sweet and sour sauce did not skimp. The truth that if I start talking about every dish I'll say the same, everything is incredible, EVERYTHING is rich, EVERYTHING is tasty and never disappoints.
There are a couple of details to know. Martínez branch corresponds also to the Federal Capital, but beware, the superior quality of the branch of Martinez not available in the Federal Capital. The bathrooms are dirty and poorly maintained. It is a place to go with someone you trust and not, for example, to a first invitation to a lady or the parents of a bride. While this restaurant is not a still life, those who do not like middle-distance places please do not go. If you are looking for spicy food and not be aggressive, this place offers authentic and not so commercial.
In conclusion, Casita China is for me the best Chinese restaurant I've found so far, by far, and hardly think it can be passed in this country. It is a place of authentic food, fresh and real.
