I remind the reader that are fried and ate them for any reason with covered ... the pies are eaten by hand!



Then comes the waiter with our main courses being taken by this with a towel to the threat that they were very hot. The spaghetti is produced in a large bowl ahondonado in the center, exactly as Italian home. They were not flashy, but tasty. Had a slightly spicy taste, a lamb previously boiled and some tomatoes for sampling. Left a beige, like gravy and noticed a yellowish pulp. I could not tell if it was hardcover or fresh salsa or perhaps because of the high temperature of the food. In conclusion, there was a great dish, but we tried as best individual spices. Everything was perfect, nice, proper, including the noise and was unnecessary (Plus two drinks over), Black Rose is definitely doing his story. Too bad the evening was horribly overshadowed when, after paying, we crossed the threshold into the hall and a boy next to us shouted (yes, shouted): "The 19 is free !!!". Palo Verde is a small burger and minutes left on Avenida Santa Fe 840, Acassuso, off the roundabout in Peru that is the continuation of National Unity, or so-called Thames, bordering the San Isidro Hippodrome.

a terrible craving for burgers at about 3 pm, and as I was returning from Capital in the car, I decided to make one pass through the well-known Palo Verde. Being from the area and knew beforehand that it is almost impossible to park at the roundabout from Peru and Santa Fe, except for a small little place that is always free - God knows why - just around the corner from where begins the roundabout and opposite at the door of the Gelato Bambola. Me lo habían también recomendado por su excelentísimo salmón. La primera impresión fue la gran concurrencia por los autos afuera del lugar. Kitano tiene un pequeño estacionamiento con valet parking donde entran 4 autos máximo. En caso de no haber lugar pueden estacionar sobre Rubén Darío y Libertador, en la vereda de la concesionaria de autos, lugar donde estacionamos los dos autos con gran comodidad. Al llegar a la entrada hay un small deck that promises to be very comfortable in summer. Also the temperature is cool, something that fascinates me, with a constant air circulation and renewal. The tables are dark and light, as we stated before, shows no continuity over because the back of the restaurant appears a shade whiter (and clear), causing an unpleasant contrast with the rest of the place. There is almost no sound isolation, which does not matter to the few tables there. To all this I felt relaxed (though not look for what I wrote), the chairs are really comfortable, just high over the table.


I get the girl with trays 20 minutes and are dedicated to satisfy our craving. I found that it is true the comment I got from this place, the salmon is really very very rich, very tasty and fresh, seemed just dressing. The rice was perfect, no hints of vinegar and without being a paste. The size of the pieces were normal, nothing special and ginger is that you buy in the supermarket brand Kero. The companion was a Japanese cucumber delight, nay, almost ask if they could bring an extra piece and it was just sour and cut into a nearly transparent sheets. The maki were generous without going over rice, just enough for simple piece. To all this I could not help thinking what happily it was the salmon.
