It was really shocking (but not surprising) to open the paper today and find with the news that three "ups" with guns attacked a group of people who refused to be extorted against Peru Beach, Bajo de San Isidro. Two of the attackers were juveniles and were released to their families within a few hours, the remaining faces charges of assault and abuse of firearms.
