Wart Like Thing In Mouth

CNT Support e-mail you have a chronic Small

Marta Martínez, a professor of Cervantes in Algiers, has forwarded an email he wrote to the library and the library's response gave him. Is:

................................................

Dear Sirs,

Era (imperfect indicative) frequent visitor to your library. I went for many years. Fuentetaja was not just a bookstore, but a meeting place and culture where you felt treated like a person, not a buyer. Without doubt, and I think that match most of its customers, loyalty to Fuentetaja was due not only to the quality or quantity of its bibliographic, but also and above all, humane treatment, professional and dedicated to their booksellers .
.
not currently live in Spain, but through one of these employees still get books and information. I am a teacher of the Institute Cervantes in Algiers, and my job is useful to have the help of a bookseller such professionalism and interest.
.
Last Christmas I went to walk around Fuentetaja and I found something unexpected: the doors of the library, a few of these booksellers friends protesting working conditions. Then we came to learn, many of the readers and customers, that these librarians were paid less than a thousand euros a month, they had ignored all their demands for months, that one of them was fired for exercising their right to strike.
.
This e intend to extend my support to booksellers on strike and my protest against the action of the management of the company, that does not support the just claims of their employees.
.
They have a customer less. And I inform you that I will do everything in my power to extend this action to my colleagues in the Institute Cervantes, until the situation Booksellers' strike is resolved. Best wishes

Marta:

received with surprise your mail, because the impression it gives is that you have not listened to the booksellers who are inside.
.
They may explain that there was an agreement, signed by 80% of employees. Democracy is so, but at some point we do not like or meet the resultado.Da pity that certain information, tainted by unusual interest, require to corner or bookstores disappear, and only a distorted information.

not defend anyone, just saying as are the facts.

The March 12, 2007, collapsed the wall of the facade of the premises of S. Bernardo 48, and the activity had to be closed by order of City Hall. The months following, obviously, there was no commercial activity. However, all employees received their rosters intact. In April we moved to new premises after making the distribution of books, agreed by all.
. trnscurre
normal time when the union contract is performed, these 2 people are detached from the agreement because supply management, to increase wages by 10% for booksellers that carry more than 30 years, and 8% for those with at least 1 year of seniority does not meet these 2 strikers, knowing well the cost meant moving to a much larger local and new to the eviction.

Why write to us in pain, when all the creators of the library continue the invariable smile and historic friend and customer care?. Marta: the book is sacrificed. Defame is cheap and who have to take responsibility, we must defend the rights of 9 families who work in this new space that once again, what is your free disposal.

Best regards.
Jesus Ayuso.

Today we make an exception. We will respond to Jesus as follows:

.......................

Dear Jesus (or whoever you type in your name), your answer exudes

victimhood. Against that we can do nothing, only regret. What we can do is to clarify and "puncture" the facts that you use as arguments. Once before I had to explain that Charles was not because he wanted to, but was fired, and now we must explain the following:

The steward, Jose Antonio González, accepted-as an alternative to the strike-a proposal of the company consisted of a dismissal and a selective salary increase, even now, has the character of collective agreement (not systematically applied to new entrants). At that time the staff consisted of 13 people. 80% of 13, with round numbers for the company, is 10. Below is a list of staff at the time, showing who signed and who is not the proposal of the company:

SIGN:
Alfonso Otero (manager)

Javier García María José Antonio González
Fuencisla
Antonio Mendez Uria
Yeni Gómez

NO SIGN: Amelia
Iñigo Gómez Jaúregui
School

Juan Carlos García Cárdenas
Daniel Jimenez Joaquin

LOW Minor

Diana Lopez

If not mistaken, from 6 to 10 are 4. Therefore it is that "democracy is like that," as you say, but so is mathematics. Either way, democracy is more complex than the arithmetic, Jesus. While

rather disappointed by your attitude and position, still at your disposal for anything you need clarified. As you tell your Marta Martínez, must listen to all parties. Waiting

Your response will be promptly posted on this blog, I remain yours: your strikers.
